This is an academic honor society established by the FFHEA in 2006.  This specialized honor society is for emergency management, disaster research and science, homeland security and continuity management disciplines.

The mission of Epsilon Pi Phi is to strive for the reward, advancement and recognition of emergency/continuity management and homeland security as a discipline and profession and to encourage a high standard of excellence in these related fields of practice and study.

Our vision is that Epsilon Pi Phi will provide a foundation for excellence in the development of exceptional professional and academic leaders.

Undergraduate members must maintain a 3.2 overall GPA and 3.5 major GPA. Graduate members must maintain a 3.75 GPA.

The official colors of Epsilon Pi Phi are
hunter green, navy blue and gold.

Cords in these colors may be worn by
members at graduation signifying
acceptance into the Honor Society.
The graduation stoles should be hunter
green with gold lettering. 

Membership pins are awarded upon graduation.
