Epsilon Pi Phi (EPP) was established by The Foundation for Higher Education Accreditation in 2006 in order for students within emergency management programs would have an avenue for recognition of academic success and contributions to the profession.
This specialized honor society is for emergency management, homeland security, disaster research and science, criminal justice, cyber security and continuity management disciplines.
The mission of Epsilon Pi Phi is to strive for the reward, advancement and recognition of emergency/continuity management and homeland security as a discipline and profession and to encourage a high standard of excellence in these related fields of practice and study.
Our vision is that Epsilon Pi Phi will provide a foundation for excellence in the development of exceptional professional and academic leaders.
Undergraduate members must maintain a 3.5 GPA or "A-" letter grade. Graduate members must maintain a 3.75 GPA or "A" letter grade.
New process information: Applications are only accepted during the following time periods: Feb 1st-March 1st; July 1st-31st and Oct 1st-31st each year. Applications received after deadlines will be reviewed at the next time period for acceptance.
